Квартира очень удобная, 5 минут ходьбы от центра и всех мероприятий в Бакуриане. Есть балкон.
Холодильник работал не очень хорошо, морозил продукты. Матрасы очень старые и не совсем удобно.

ممتاز وعجيب ورائع ومريح وواسع وكل الخدمات موجوده وموقعه ممتاز احببته جداً ويوجد لفت للحقائب ونوافذ كبيره وجميله والمنظر جميل جداً اغراض المطبخ كلها متوفره اواني الطبخ والتنظيف والفرن والكتل وكل ما تحتاج لإقامه طويله
اعجبني كلشي فقط الحمام يحتاج لصيانة

Location was good, good communication with owner
It's in a real state of repair, flush wouldn't stop flowing, had to keep pressing the flush to stop it. Mattress broke, but owner replaced, shower holder broken, so had to hold shower. Go hot and cold. Wallpaper falling off. Cobwebs and not really that clean. Heating broke, but someone come to fix. No theromostate to control heating, so not a comfortable temperature. You get what you pay for. We accepted it not to be perfect
