Owner was super friendly.
Location is good.
1) During our stay, outside road construction was in
progress and they worker mainly during the
midnight, therefore it was super noisy and super
uncomfortable.
We understand that it is not owners fault, but
it is good and better to indicate this into booking
description that people know it in advance
about this situation.
2) Flat door doesn’t have soundproofing at all and
also walls need insulation in order to increase
soundproofing. but in general lack of sound
proofing is problem of most places in Georgia.
