Ana's cosy home in Borjomi center

Розташування дуже зручне. Апартаменти знаходяться в самому центрі міста. Подорожували з сім'єю і попросили про пізнє заселення, нас зустріли пізно ввечері і віддали ключі.

Перебували в апартаментах 2 ночі. в перший день був відсутній wi-fi. Оскільки потрібно було працювати це склало невелику незручність.

The apartment is located in an old Soviet building in the centre of Borjomi. Though the apartment itself has had a good deal of work done to it to ensure it meets modern expectations. It was spacious, well-designed, and clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony is stunning, and a great place for coffee in the morning as the sun begins to climb over the mountains. Everything you could need is within a short walk, making it suitable for both shorter and longer stays. The owner of the property was incredibly useful. They provided plenty of information on how to arrive at the location and remained responsive throughout the stay. Though we did not meet the owner directly, and a host handled the on-location side of things.

The host was our only real issue during our stay. While she seemed kind, we encountered some issues with her due to a misunderstanding to which they believed we were meant to have left the property 24 hours before we were actually meant to. This meant an abrupt knock on the door just after breakfast, to which she entered immediately and began to tell us we should've left already. The host had the intentions of having some people fix the television and WiFi given a storm had previously taken the two out. We tried to inform her that we had another day left in our booking, and she refused to believe it. This meant a lot of back and forth discussion to which she was quite loud. I displayed our booking confirmation with the app to which she still didn't believe us. A quick phone call to the owner of the property was made to verify things to her. This wasn't the end of it, however. We noticed that the door to the balcony from the kitchen had a loose handle, so we tried to do the right thing and inform her. She accused us immediately of damaging the handle to which we then had to show her that even other handles in the property weren't entirely functional. That didn't change much either. From there things got even worse. We had just prepared some food as we planned our day ahead, and the host complained that we had made a lot of mess in the kitchen and that supposedly no other people had created such a mess in the kitchen. Again, this was such a sudden and chaotic event for us that we had just eaten and hadn't yet tidied things up. The actual owner of the property apologised over all of this, and was totally understanding that naturally an apartment would contain a bit of wear over the summer with the amount of guests they had. No blame was placed on us from their part.
