There is renovation going on next door so we were always up at 7.30am!

Excellent location, spacious rooms, very clean

One of the staff members, Martina, was extremely rude to me when we were messaging about logistics over WhatsApp. There was also a mishap about check in, but they resolved it.

Overall, we had a good stay. The room had excellent air conditioning, and the soundproof door made it very quiet and comfortable to sleep. The only downside for me was the smell of the towels, sheets, and some of the linens. They had a slightly damp smell, as if they hadn’t dried completely after being washed. I also noticed some unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom from time to time, possibly from the plumbing.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of our experience on the last day. After checking out, we left our luggage at the hostel for a few hours. When we came back to use the restroom and collect our bags, the reception staff seemed quite unfriendly and made us feel like we were bothering them. It wasn’t a major issue, but it wasn’t the nicest way to end our stay. Other than those points, we had a pleasant stay overall.

Ubicación. La habitación tiene un diseño bonito con techo en cúpula lo que la hace muy fresca, pero los ruidos del baño y aire acondicionado y el olor a humedad, no permiten su disfrute.

Muchas cosas. El ruido del baño, ruido de obras, el ruido del aire acondicionado era insoportable. Olor a humedad en la habitación. Tienes hervidor y dos tazas pero no dejan ni un sobre de te o café, ni agua. Te proponen ponerte en un grupo para sugerencias de excursiones por Sorrento. Un absurdo, yo pregunté varias veces para Capri y costa Amalfitana en barco y ni siquiera me respondieron. No entiendo el sentido del grupo. La persona de recepción cero interés, no entendía NADA de español: en Italia. Vengo de 20 días por Italia y no ha habido un solo lugar que, con interés, no nos hayamos entendido. En cuanto a las obras del edificio de al lado y enfrente, deberían avisar. Tuvimos suerte que solo nos tocó un día pq venía el finde e semana. Pero un horror.
