Comme le mentionne son nom ce que j’ai surtout aimé dans cet établissement c’est son positionnement central. J’ai aussi aimé la fonctionnalité et la propreté de ce petit appartement.

Netter Kontakt, zentrale Lage, gute Organisation. Leider scheint der Rest vom Haus sich noch in Grundsanierung zu befinden. Treppenhaus voller Baustaub und alten Putzresten. Der Staub zieht auch in die Wohnung (lässt sich nicht verhindern). Das Haus ist aktuell eingerüstet. Wird bestimmt schön wenn es mal ganz fertig ist. Sehr kleines Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster.
