Très bon emplacement, très central dans une rue piétonne. Bien équipé. Accès facile à toute heure grâce au boitier à clefs.
Prix élevé par rapport aux prestations. L'appartement est très petit et un peu vétuste. La table haute (table de cuisine/salon) est très mal fixée et se décroche facilement. Le lit est très dur et l'enveloppe plastique sur le matelas est inconfortable. Les oreillers fins et mous. Attention, les escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement sont raides.

Netter Kontakt, zentrale Lage, gute Organisation. Leider scheint der Rest vom Haus sich noch in Grundsanierung zu befinden. Treppenhaus voller Baustaub und alten Putzresten. Der Staub zieht auch in die Wohnung (lässt sich nicht verhindern). Das Haus ist aktuell eingerüstet. Wird bestimmt schön wenn es mal ganz fertig ist. Sehr kleines Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster.
