L'appartement est bien aménagé, coquet et fonctionnel. Le parking privé et ombragé est très appréciable. La situation par rapport à Barcelonnette est idéale. L'environnement est calme.
Le propriétaire va améliorer l'équipement extérieur. Tant mieux ! La vétusté du couloir d'accès à l'appartement nuit un peu à l'appréciation que l'on peut avoir sur le gîte. C'est dommage mais sûrement perfectible !

Logement conforme à la description, bien agencé et bien équipé. Proche du centre ville et en même temps très calme. Place de stationnement à l'ombre. Très bien placé pour découvrir les alentours. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec le soleil.

La posizione è vicinissimo alla piazza principale e al centro. Vi è un supermarket molto comodo a pochi passi. Parcheggio.
Pozza di fogna proveniente dal bagno che si diffonde anche nella camera. Il letto è sfondato al centro ed è quindi impossibile riposare decentemente in coppia. L'ingresso del palazzo è fatiscente, indecente e sporco. A proposito della cosiddetta cantina utilizzabile come deposito biciclette, preferisco evitare di esprimermi.
