Belle location au centre de barcelonnette
Très agréable petite maison très proche du centre ville de Barcelonnette, tout à fait conforme aux photos disponibles sur le site. Très calme, bien équipée. Point de départ idéal pour des randonnées dans la vallée de l'Ubaye.
Ne convient pas aux familles avec jeunes enfants ou pour les personnes âgées qui auraient de difficultés de locomotion du fait de 2 escaliers non sécurisés pour accéder à la maison et à la seconde chambre à l'étage.

Gute Unterkunft mit zentraler Lage um die französischen Seealpen zu entdecken
Das Haus befindet sich in zentraler Lage und trotzdem ist das Umfeld sehr ruhig. Das Haus bietet einem alles das man sich wohlfühlt, toller Garten inkl. Balkon. Da wir mit 2-Motorrädern angereist sind, haben wir auch noch einen abschließbaren Stellplatz für diese erhalten. Netter Empfang und problemlose Schlüsselübergabe.
Die Küchenutensilien / Kochfeld waren vermutlich von den Vormietern nicht so sauber hinterlassen worden. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sauber und sehr schön. Die Matratzen sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Trotz Buchung bei Booking.com musste man sich bei einer französischen Plattform/Hausverwaltung registrieren und dort dann auch das Geld überweisen. Zusätzlich musste man für den Vermieter noch mal eine Art Mietvertrag ausfüllen und ihm als PDF zu senden. Wenn diese Hürden gemeistert wurden war der weitere Ablauf ok.

Une maison superbe , un vrai cocon. Propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. Proche du centre ville, calme , petit jardin très bien entretenu et terrasse très agréable
Mettre une rampe pour les escaliers extérieurs .
