Very poor.

The property was in a good location in the centre of town and good to get to local bars and restaurants.

The neighbours downstairs was an absolute nightmare daily we would get complaint messages from management for walking up the stairs! It’s 5 stories up and a nightmare to be quieter as they are old wooden stairs. Three days into the trip we was told we couldn’t use our showers because it’s leaking into the flat below. The smell that came up the drains was awful, the internet wasn’t working for the first few days, the water pressure is shocking as well. Then after we left we cleaned all three flats top to bottom and bagged all the rubbish up and left them by the kitchen as we had no further instruction for anything else we get a sarky message from management about it. Bar the location it was not that much of a pleasant stay, can’t knock it for the price as it’s cheap but apart from that I wouldn’t recommend this stay or stay here again. 5 flights of stairs up was not advertised either so be aware of this.

Compact cozy apartment with sheets, towels, cooking utensils, cooking appliances. Great central location in old Barcelonnette!

Fourth floor apartment, no elevator (but I'm a hiker, so this wasn't a deal breaker for me). Small hot water heater, with 8 minutes of hot water.

Superb

We stayed with 2 persons for motorbiking and glider flying in one of the three appartments for one week, let by the Hotel Cheval Blanc across the road. This "Appartment Standard" was the one with the white/grey floor and the two barstools. Although a bit small it is well furnished, and it looks out across the roofs of the village. Very centrally located next to St Pierre church, so you can easily reach everything Barcelonette centre on foot. It makes for a great base to explore the mountains around. The hotel kindly let us park the motorbikes in the garage or in front of the hotel. There is also free car parking aroungd the church.

The 140cm bed can be an issue if you are not a couple, since the sofa bed in the living room is uncomfortable to sleep on. At the time of our booking we were confused by the photos - or did not see it - showing all three appartments together (the bigger one with a 4 seat table, as well as the "mountain view" one under the roof), but since then it looks the photos are now separated for the appartments.

Hatten herrliche Tage in Barcelonnette

Mitten in der Altstadt, aber sehr ruhig. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderung und Radtouren. Das Einchecken problemlos. Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Die Matratze war schon sehr durchgelegen. Anmerkung: Da das Apartment im 4. Stockwerk sich befindet sollte man gut zu Fuß sein.

Appartement chaleureux et bien situé!

Appartement idéalement placé au cœur de barcelonette, une petite bouteille d eau pour nous accueillir ainsi que du café, huile.... mis à disposition. Merci beaucoup!

Ce n'était pas de leur ressort mais il faisait extrêmement chaud... peut-être mettre un ventilateur de plafond avec lumière intégrée dans la chambre ( c'est une suggestion et une amélioration pour leurs futurs occupants) Notre avis reste très positif !!!

Nous avons eu froid même avec le chauffage d'appoint fourni. La première nuit il y a eu des " travaux " dans l'immeuble jusqu'à 2h30 du matin...
