revLIVING Cozy City Oldtown Appartement

Nice and spacious apartment in the heart of downtown Krems. The check in was easy, once I could find the key box :)(make sure you read the instructions well, key box is outside by the mailboxes!). The bed was comfortable but the oversized pillows they love in this part of the world are not my favorite, luckily I found a normal pillow in the closet. The kitchen is pretty spacious and well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, electric water kettle and toaster. There's a dishwasher and a laundry machine which is really helpful. The apartment is really close to downtown Krems which is where the restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc are, and it's ~7-10min walk from the train station. We rented a bike for 2 days and spent most of our time biking around other towns so we didn't eat in Krems, but the coffee shop right below the apartment was great!

Summer heat may impact people staying at this apartment. It can get pretty hot in there, especially is there's no breeze, and there's no floor fan (should be offered, we didn't ask). If you leave your windows open you will definitely hear the city coming alive (cafe next door setting up, garbage bins being used, etc) pretty early in the morning, I definitely slept better the 2nd night when we had everything closed up.

Eine super Wohnung in zentraler Lage, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Wunderschön renoviert in einem historischen Haus und absolut sauber. Ein Hinweis an den Vermieter: Es ist nur noch 1 Trinkglas vorhanden und der Spülschwamm könnte ausgetauscht werden.

Superb location in the heart of the city. Clean and cozy. Comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen. Free WiFi.
