The location of the apartment is little off center, but I don't necessary see it as a problem. The surrounding is quite nice and quiet, and one can reach the center within 15 minutes on foot. Reasonably priced parking available in a short walking distance. Some weird rules apply when one pays via easyPark (16hrs limit with some cool down period). Free over night (which can be used as the cool down, one just needs to remember to start parking early in the morning). Very nicely furnished. Well equipped kitchen.
There was a bit of smell in a separate storage room next to the entrance (drain?), downstairs next to the entry doors. Not a problem at all for the stay, just little annoying when one needs to walk past it every entry / exit. Didn't affect our stay at all, but might be better to fix it somehow.

Sehr tolles Apartment mit moderner aber trotzdem gemütlicher Einrichtung. Auch die Lage ist top!
Es war etwas kalt zu Beginn - man konnte jedoch selbst die Heizkörper weiter aufdrehen, war also kein Problem!

Sehr zentral gelegene, neu renovierte und sehr gut möblierte Wohnung mitten in Stein. Sehenswürdigkeiten in Stein, Und und Krems gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
