Perfect

We had a perfect stay. The host manolis couldn't have been any kinder from picking us up from the airport to filling our fridge on arrival, bringing us local pastries & leaving us a little farewell gift. The apartment is in a fantastic location with a gorgeous balcony for sunsets. The rooms although not very modern were really comfortable & well equipped with a lovely authentic Greek charm.

The absolute best!

The location is the best - across the street from Aliki beach, on that street are some really nice restaurants and a supermarket right downstairs. There is a table on the balcony that faces the water and sunset, and we loved being able to cook simple meals to eat there. The host was so lovely and friendly and generous! The apartment was really clean, bright, and cozy, with daily housekeeping. This was our favourite stay on a 3 week tour across Greece, and I hope to be able to come back one day.

Excellent hosts and apartment, in a terrific village! The best!

This is such an excellent place to stay, the apartment is terrific, modern & clean, the location of Aliki is very central and all within walking distance to beaches, supermarket, great restaurants! Our hosts could not have been nicer, they picked us up at the port and dropped us at the airport and left us treats and goodies in the fridge. A big thank you!

A perfect stay . comfortable apartment, amazing location, and a wonderful host who made everything easy and pleasant.

The apartment is wonderful, functional, and equipped with everything you need. It’s perfectly located right by a lovely sandy beach ideal for children, above a supermarket and close to excellent tavernas. Despite being so central, the windows and doors are well insulated, and once closed it’s completely quiet. Manolis, the host, was outstanding always available for any question. On arrival, we found the fridge filled with grapes, cheese, wine, and bread, and he even checked in the next day to see that everything was fine. He kindly allowed us a late check-out since our flight was in the evening, which was a huge help with two small kids. Daily cleaning service with fresh towels made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Everything perfect

Perfect location with amazing view. Coffee machine in the studio and possibility to use the washing machine (very useful if traveling with light luggage around the Cyclades). Very welcoming staff and always checking if we needed anything. Restaurants, bar and supermarket just out of the door.

Blissful seafront spot with a warm welcome!

Absolutely perfect - a lovely location right opposite a little sandy beach, near lovely tavernas. Manolis, our host, was amazing. He helped us with everything. There were even supplies of food in the fridge on arrival. His generosity and warmth means we will not forget our stay in Aliki!

The location was perfect for us, being almost on the beach, with supermarket and restaurants right next to us too. Easy walks along the seafront. Amazing sunsets to watch.The views were lovely from the large terrace, which also has sun beds. It was spotlessly clean, with daily service, and linen changes. Attention to details, such as bottled water in the fridge when we arrived , as well a fruit drink, Greek cake, tea and coffee, made it even more welcoming. There is a communal washing machine with detergent too. All making our holiday easy and very relaxing. A lovely sociable feel to the town in the evenings, but bot too noisy or rowdy, and quiet through the nights do we slept well! The beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend this property.

Prall gefüllter Kühlschrank Manolis holt einen ab und bringt einen auf Wunsch auch wieder zurück Platz in der ersten Reihe direkt am Hafen und Strand Tavernen gleich nebenan einziger Supermarket gleich unten drunter Schatten vor und hinter der Wohneinheit immer wieder gerne Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine mit Waschpulver für alle

Una incredible estancia con vistas al mar, muy buena experiencia.

Manolis fue increíble! Super amable, con mucha atención al detalle, nos recibió en el aeropuerto, nos había preparado unas bebidas de bienvenida y nos despidió con unos dulces griegos. Nos sentimos muy cómodas, recomendamos este sitio 100%! Las vistas y la localización una maravilla y todo muy limpio y cuidado.

Eén van de weinige plekken waarvan ik nu al weet dat ik zeker nog eens terugkom!

De locatie is echt fantastisch!!! Aliki is een heerlijk vissersdorpje. Flink toeristisch, maar de dagelijkse aanvoer van verse vis vertaald zich naar het zeer betaalbare en vooral excellente aanbod van de restaurantjes. De studio is recht boven het supermarktketen, wat superhandig is. Vanaf het balkonterras keek je zo naar het strandje, de haven en restaurantjes. En de zonsondergang. De studio zelf is basic, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. De host is zeer vriendelijk en reageert snel. Je kan met een rechtstreekse bus vanaf de haven en dan nog 1 minuut lopen. Auto- en Scooterverhuur om de hoek. Ik zou hier zeker weer komen. Echt fantastisch!

De studio is eenvoudig en vooral de badkamer, maar niet goedkoop. Maar ja, gezien de tijd van het jaar wel goed te begrijpen.

Eccezionale

La posizione a 2 passi dal mare, il supermercato sotto, il parcheggio privato, tutto era comodissimo. Terrazza eccezionale con vista mare e tramonto tutte le sere. Pulizia tutti i giorni con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola..Ma il valore aggiunto è Manolis..un padrone di casa eccezionale che ti coccola e ti aiuta quando ne hai bisogno...siamo arrivati di sera e abbiamo trovato il frigo pieno di diversi generi alimentari nonché succo di ciliegie fresco. È arrivato il Meltemi e ci ha consigliato le spiagge dove evitarlo ...quando nostro figlio si è ammalato si è offerto di accompagnarci all ospedale....Ha reso il soggiorno ancora più bello perché sembrava di essere ospite da un amico

Merveilleux, tout était parfait

Un merveilleux séjour de 12 jours dans l’appartement 2 chambres de Manolis. Tout était parfait, de l’appartement, à la literie en passant par les ustensiles pour manger sur place, la climatisation qui ne fait pas de bruit ... Le ménage est fait chaque jour, les draps et le linge changés régulièrement. Il y avait de quoi cuisiner (huile, vinaigre, sel …), faire la vaisselle sans avoir à aller acheter tout ça en arrivant comme c’est le cas dans de nombreux appartements de location. Tout est à porté de main, supermarché juste en dessous, club de plongée, restaurants, plage devant l’appartement et surtout il n’y a pas de bruit. Terrasse avec vue sur mer splendide et ombragée. Manolis est un propriétaire comme nous n’en avons jamais eu, il est juste exceptionnel, réactif, prenant soin de ses hôtes. On sent qu'il aime faire plaisir aux gens. Le frigo était rempli pour le petit déjeuner en arrivant avec des gâteaux de bienvenue. A recommander les yeux fermés. Merci Manolis

Studio au top

La situation est magnifique. Quelle vue depuis la terrasse! Bien ombragée la journée, ensoleillée en soirée, elle permet de profiter de la vue mer tout en étant "chez soi". Manolis est un hôte parfait, souriant, bienveillant et efficace. C'était un choix d'être "dans l'ambiance" à toute heure, et le fait d'avoir la rue principale en bas de l'immeuble n'a pas été un souci pour moi. Au besoin, les vitrages sont efficacement isolants. Peut-être un peu moins moderne que certains hébergements, ce studio possède néanmoins tout ce dont on a besoin.

Je me le demande encore... de devoir quitter cet endroit peut-être. 😁 L'éclairage sur les tables de nuit pourrait être un peu moins agressif pour les yeux.

Perfect!

De locatie was top! Een paar stappen verwijderd van het strand en van een baai vol met gezellige en lekkere restaurantjes. De privé parking was super gemakkelijk. De studio is kraaknet (wordt elke dag met héél veel zorg gepoetst) en het uitzicht vanop het terras (inclusief zonsondergang) is zalig. Manolis zelf is heel hartelijk en verwende ons bij aankomst met vers fruit, water, een flesje wijn en koekjes. Bij vertrek kregen we een doosje locale snoepjes. Voor ons was het verblijf bij Manolis perfect.

Een minpunt was dat de surfers van de club onderaan de kamers 's morgens bij hun vertrek veel lawaai maken. Daar kan Manolis uiteraard niets aan doen.

einfach traumhaft!

tolle lage direkt am strand, ein supermarkt im gleichen gebäude, die bushaltestelle, geldautomsten und zahlreiche tavernen in unmittelbarer nähe. es war sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt, die gastgeber sind mega hilfsbereit und freundlich! wir konnten jeden abend den sonnenuntergang auf unserer terrasse geniessen. was will man mehr?

Manolis es un encanto y fue muy cariñoso en el recibimiento. Estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros.

Que la habitación con vistas más bonitas era el apartamento más pequeño. Nos habría gustado más espacio, con esas vistas. Y los mosquitos al atardecer!

Erste Reihe fußfrei, toller Blick, geräumig und angenehm

Ich war alleine auf der ganzen Etage (Vorsaison), konnte die Sonnenliege nutzen, den besten Blick aufs Meer und den Hafen im Zimmer und auf der Terrasse genießen, Yoga auf der Terrasse machen... Man bekommt das Geschehen an der Promenade mit. Es war ein bisschen was los, was ich als angenehm empfand. Manolis hat mich freundlich begrüßt, zum Empfang und zur Abreise gab es lokale Süßigkeiten als Geschenk. Im Haus ist ein Supermarkt und hinterm Haus kann man gratis parken.
