Location was great and a really comfortable apartment for our family
No tea or coffee provided. Only one half used roll of loo paper in each bathroom, I would have expected at least one spare roll per bathroom.

Location, clean & cosy, apartment heated upon arrival and central.
TV channels were very glitchy, couldn't watch tv. Description of carpark was incorrect.

Compact and cozy
Floor heating in Living area was not functioning adequately. The staff tried to attend the next day and thereafter. However, it could not be fixed. The alternative provided was a heater which was not adequate and left the living area and kitchen quite cold for use.
