The house is clean, has a nice atmospheric features of a European alpine hotel. Plenty of kitchen appliances, cutlery, mugs for a large family. The large windows with amazing views make the place truly stunning! Some details which make help other travellers:1. Room heating: oil heaters in each room fireplace.2. Hot water: flow, gas heated.3. Connectivity: we used phone mobile data, there were no problems with mob. connection. 4. Host was a most helpful and she has "on the ground" help in the village, so if any problems with accommodation, there is an instant help. 5. Location: 2 min by foot to the both route 2's bus (shuttle) stops Steamboat or Riverside. 3 min by foot to the village centre with cafes, shops, restaurants. 7 min to the golf field and Riverside walking trail.The only thing we miss is the drying room for the skiing boots, but it is so warm in the house that they were pretty fine just after a night on the first floor.

The property has a homely European feel and is clean, organised and in a fabulous location. The views across the valley are stunning and the sauna is a bonus.

We loved this house. It was just the two of us, but it can clearly handle a good group of friends. Minutes away from the village and lift terminal. Great views of the mountain. We would love to come back in winter to experience a snowy Thredbo. Summer was a bit warm to use the fireplace, but it looked like it would add to the experience. The host was very communicative and responsive. We felt very welcome.
