Piccolo bell'appartamento su due piani. Pulito e in ottima posizione, nel cuore della città vecchia e vicino alla spiaggia pubblica e a ristoranti e locali. Insonorizzazione perfetta. Climatizzatore silenzioso. WI-FI funzionante. Presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari (frigo, tostapane, lavastoviglie, macchina per caffè, bollitore, piano a induzione, phon). Mancava solo la lavatrice. Ottimo per due/tre persone.
Assenza della lavatrice. Assenza ganci di appoggio in bagno. Bagno presente solo al piano superiore. Scala a chiocciola condominiale per raggiungere l'appartamento (2° piano), faticosa con i bagagli. Parcheggio sulla strada o in garage privato ad almeno 10 minuti a piedi (non è possibile raggiungere l'alloggio neppure solo per scaricare i bagagli).

posizione centrale ottima per spiaggia e passeggiata in città sono già due anni consecutivi che utilizziamo questo appartamento il balconcino è un gioiello
forse non è possibile ma per raggiungere il secondo piano sarebbe utile un ascensore scala ripida e un po' stretta

If like us you want to be in thick of it this location was the best! We loved the bustle of Antibe life happening all around us. And the balcony was a perfect spot to observe it all from. Your amongst the shops, restaurants, bars and the , beach, food and flea market are less than 2 mins walk. The apartment was compact, clean, bright and very usable. Perfect for 2.
The drilling outside our window at 8am. Clearly nothing to do with the apartment and likely a one off. City waking up noise and partying noise didn't bother us at all.
