Location was excellent, everything that we needed was nearby and had easy access to the main areas of Polperro. The place was clean and tidy which was good, would've preferred the lighting to be a bit warmer but it was good enough all around.
Would've been nice to have a separate recycling bin possibly (though obviously the space in the place is limited so it is understandable)

Great location. Property was well decorated and clean. Comfy bed and great shower!
Car Park quite a distance from the property up a very steep hill - would recommend using the main public car park if you intend to go on excursions. Very dark doorway at night - would suggest a small outside light. Lots of tech - a simple one page operations guide for the oven/ hub, etc. would be a bonus. Maybe two keys would be a good idea.

Finding the parking/driving through town when busy to park, but once found, left car for three days and explored on foot, so not necessarily bad, just a little anxiety provoking.

The location was great, but parking was a little daunting so we parked the car and left it for a week. Encourages exploring!! We left our heart in Polperro and miss it greatly.
The noise. We were lucky that there was only guests above and next door on our first night but it was quite loud.
