This ground floor apartment is a stone’s throw from Polperro harbour, central for visiting the countryside and beach.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Storage heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Private parking for 1 car 10 minutes’ walk away (uphill with steep section). No smoking.. Laity is only a short distance from the harbour in Polperro. If you are looking for something with character, Laity is definitely the place. From the original beamed ceilings to the four poster bed, character abounds!

The shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants of Polperro are all within a short walk, and the town of Looe is 10 minutes by car. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

"The house is very near the harbour, which is good, but it’s a basement flat, so it’s pretty dark and you need the lights on all the time. Also, the ceilings are low and my 6ft tall husband kept forget..."
