Great stay in polperro
Laity was beautiful. Clean , tidy and very cozy. As soon as we entered the cottage it felt like home. Such a fab location , everything we needed within a very short walk. We would highly recommend staying here. But I dont want it to get too popular as we want to come back. 😁

Close to the centre!
Not the cleanest to be fair, very damp. Half roll of toilet paper, one towel each, no tea or coffee at least as a welcome pack…one piece of kitchen foil in the griller….honestly we think the cleaner should be sacked 🙄

Adequate and average basement flat.
Location was perfect, literally seconds away from the harbour and everything was on the doorstep.
The whole of the property needs a refurbishment A bit tatty in places that would benefit from some tittivation.

Brilliant location, photos don’t do it justice!
Location is superb! You can hear the stream right outside, beautiful bakery opposite and two local shops, the harbour is literally a 30 second walk. Perfect!
Everything was there like pots and pans etc, bar cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee or tea. That wound e been handy. Especially when local grocery shops close very early. Perhaps a warning to bring some, or to ensure you have enough for dinner as, depending on your arrival time Polperro closes early! There was no hand soap in the bathroom, nor a sponge to wash our dishes.

Perfect location. Very dog friendly. Had everything needed to cook. The lounge is really cosy which was perfect for a winter break.
There wasn't anything I personally didn't like. The view from the rear windows are awful but nothing can be done about that.

Overall good value for money and would recommend a bit hilly for older restricted people
Location very good,car parking not easy but can't do anything about that.
At some times during day(not always same time) get a nasty smell coming from wall going into kitchen,maybe a air freshener would help,
