El departamento cumplió con las expectativas por su confort, limpieza, accesorios, ubicación. El balcón, en verano, es un plus. La TV gigante. Muy cómodo y con lugares para abastecerse (10 mts), metro (ingreso por de Orense a 300 mts) y conexion por Nuevos Ministerios por otras lineas y buses, restaurantes, banco, en un barrio residencial, Para los amantes del fútbol, el Bernabeu es un vecino!

Olor de los desagües en el cuarto de baño y ruido en la calle, hay una discoteca latina abajo en la calle, hubo ruidos hasta las 5 de la mañana
