الشقة عبارة عن دورين في الدور التاسع وجميلة وموقعها ممتاز و مكتمله الاثاث ومستلزمات المطبخ ونظيفة وفرش ممتاز وحمامات ممتازة ونظيفة والسعر مناسب مقارنة بنفس المستوى من الشقق في فصل الصيف في مدريد ، وكانت المسئولة عن العمارة الاخت ليلى لها دور كبير في مساعدتنا والاهتمام بعائلتي رغم ان ليس لها علاقة بايجار الشقة وقد اعطتنا موقف سيارتها الخاصة في بدروم العمارة لسيارتنا مما سهل علينا ايجاد موقف للسيارة وقدمت لنا جهاز مروحة صغير متحرك من اجل الحر في غرف النوم العلوية فلها كل الشكر والتقدير وكانت مثال للاخلاق وحسن التعامل.
في الشقة عدد 2 مكيف مركزي وتبريدها ضعيف و لايمكن ان تعمل معاً لان طبلون الكهرباء صغير ولا يتحمل ان يشتغل التكييف مع بعض فلابد من اطفاء احدهم وتشغيل الاخر حتى لا يفصل طبلون الكهرباء مما سبب لنا تعب وارهاق في الغرف العلوية في الشقة حيث كانت حارة جداً باستمرار ولابد من ايجاد حل لهذه المشكلة وقد تواصلنا مع المسئول عن الشقة ومكتب بوكنج ورفعنا شكوى عدة مرات وضرورة اصلاح هذه المشكلة ولكن بدون جدوى.

Localização maravilhosa Prédio muito bom
Dificuldade no banho pois molhava tudo e o piso de madeira. Porta do banheiro de uma das suítes não fecha. Apartamento estava muito sujo quando chegamos.

Ubicación, comodidad, limpieza, tamaño espacioso y 4 baños, terraza , muy comodo
Aire acondicionado no funciona en la planta de abajo, recomiendo no ir en verano, hay comunicación pero difícil, no responden a tiempo
