It met our expectations. We felt comfortable staying there for 5 nights, and the balcony was the best part to see the beautiful view. We yapped for hours outside. It was the best feeling.
It would be better to send all the check-in instructions through the booking messages after the apartment is booked, so guests can prepare how to collect the keys. We had difficulty accessing the building and finding the keys because the internet connection was weak, and we weren’t able to watch the video.
We struggled for over 10 minutes trying to locate the keys, and thankfully someone helped us. Sending written instructions directly through the platform would make check-in easier for everyone.
