The apartment is bright, quiet and very cosy, recently renovated for up to 3 persons in a well maintained and pleasant urbanisation.
The private apartment can be reached by lift and at the entrance leads to the bedroom and the bathroom, then the living room with the kitchen.
From the living room there is access to the terrace with table and chairs. In the living room there are also two futons, one is a sofa bed if needed.
In the apartment you will find:
A flat screen TV and a kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, dining table and everything you need:
- toaster
- juicer
- kettle
- microwave oven
- fridge freezer
- bath towels and sheets.
- washing machine
-iron and ironing board
-hairdryer
The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower and towel rail.
Bed linen and bath towels provided.
Flexible check-in and check-out times if possible (to be agreed in advance).
Check-in after 22:30 has an additional cost of 20 euros payable on arrival.
The complex is 200 metres from Aqualand and 1.6 km from Siam Park and Siam Mall.
It is only 17 km from Tenerife South Airport.
The complex has a swimming pool and is only 5 minutes drive from the main beaches such as Playa de Las Americas and Playa de Las Americas.

Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections.
There is free parking in the area.
In the area there are small shops and restaurants.

You get what you pay for. We stayed here for a week in November. Communication with our contact person was clear and helpful.
The apartment is simple and dated, with worn furniture, limited dishes and cutlery, and a frying pan with a worn non-stick coating. Extra towels or toilet paper would have been nice, and there was a noticeable smell at first, but opening the doors helped.
It’s a basic apartment in a beautiful mountain location, though it could be challenging to reach for those with mobility issues. The swimming pool was really nice.
One serious concern: on our last night, a stranger opened our door with a key and looked inside while we were sleeping. This was very alarming. Our contact person addressed it immediately and took it seriously.
Overall, it’s an okay place for a short stay if you’re aware of these points.
