Tiny grey house with loft, 15 min from city center

This is a compact but very well designed space, similar to a studio or a Japanese-style efficiency apartment. The bed is lofted above and accessed by a ladder, and while the sleeping area has low clearance (you can’t stand up), the main living space has higher ceilings so it doesn’t feel cramped overall. Despite the size, everything is thoughtfully laid out and fully functional. The unit includes a small but complete kitchen with an oven, microwave, stovetop, and all the necessary utensils, making it easy to cook meals. There’s also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, which is a big plus for longer stays. The living area has a table, a separate couch, and a TV that supports casting from your phone or built-in apps. Everything was clean, easy to use, and well organized. The WiFi was reliable, and the space felt private, the windows face away from the main house, which helps. The area itself is quiet and peaceful. It’s also very convenient for getting around, with the 513 bus stop about a one-minute walk away. The host was responsive, although everything was set up so well that I didn’t really need to reach out during my stay. I’ve stayed here twice already and would definitely stay again when visiting Partille. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re comfortable with a smaller space and appreciate smart design, privacy, and good value.

The only minor issue was the temperature, it felt a bit cool inside during my stay (in winter), even after turning up the thermostat. It wasn’t unbearable, but it never really got warm inside except when I baked my dinner one night using the oven.

Koselig hus for seg selv. Fine gåturer i nabolaget. Vi hadde stor glede av å være her. Sentralt og fredelig. Lett å ta seg inn til byen med buss. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

I was satisfied with everything, really. Easy and quick connection to city center, everything needed was there, and I knew I could ask the hosts in case of need at any time. 10/10

Litet men funktionellt , fanns allt och lite till. Härlig uteplats. Enkelt att ta sig in till stan med busshållplats nära.

Nästan ingenting! ventilationen kunde varit bättre. Löste sig med öppna fönster och fläkt. Hade önskat insektsnät på fönster ffa kanske på loftet
