A pleasant place to stay in Goteborg.

We were the only people there, so that was nice. I dislike having to get dressed at night to visit the toilet.

Nicht sauber, kleine Tiere überall und keine Schallisolierung

Die Vermieterin war freundlich, hilfsbereit und am Ende sehr kooperativ. Diese Bewertung richtet sich ausdrücklich nicht gegen die Person, sondern nur gegen die Eigenschaften der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich groß und bietet viel Platz. Die Heizung funktionierte zuverlässig und sorgte für angenehme Wärme. Positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem, dass am Ende eine faire Lösung gefunden wurde und aufgrund der Abweichungen von der Beschreibung eine teilweise Rückerstattung (etwa ein Drittel des Gesamtpreises) gewährt wurde.

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft in mehreren wichtigen Punkten nicht der Beschreibung. Laut Buchung, die auch von Booking bestätigt wurde, sollten ein zusätzliches WC, eine Veranda/Patio sowie Schallisolierung vorhanden sein. Tatsächlich gab es nur ein WC, keine Veranda und keine erkennbare Schallisolierung. Nach einigen Tagen zogen Gäste in die Nachbarwohnung ein, und durch die sehr dünnen Wände hört man nahezu alles, einschließlich Gespräche, Schritte und Geräusche aus angrenzenden Bereichen und dem Treppenhaus. Die Sauberkeit war ein wesentlicher Kritikpunkt. Bei der Ankunft befanden sich noch Geschirr und Gegenstände in der Spülmaschine, im Gefrierfach war noch Essen, und auch die Kaffeemaschine war nicht geleert. Die Küchenschwämme waren stark verschmutzt, und viele Küchenutensilien wirkten trotz Reinigung nicht sauber. Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck, dass die Wohnung nicht gründlich für neue Gäste vorbereitet wurde. Auch unter den Betten befanden sich Staub und viele Tierhaare. Das Badezimmer ist offen gestaltet, sodass beim Duschen der gesamte Boden nass wird. Zudem gibt es im Winter keine Heizung im Bad, wodurch es sehr kalt wird. Während des Aufenthalts traten regelmäßig Silberfische in mehreren Räumen auf, besonders nachts in Küche und Bad, was das Wohlbefinden zusätzlich beeinträchtigte. Außerdem wurde die Wohnung einmal ohne vorherige Ankündigung betreten, was wir als unangenehm empfunden haben, da sich persönliche Gegenstände offen im Raum befanden. Die Vermieterin hat sich dafür entschuldigt, dennoch war dies ein störender Vorfall. Zusammenfassend ist die Wohnung für einen sehr kurzen Aufenthalt nutzbar, für einen längeren Aufenthalt oder Urlaub, bei dem man sich wohlfühlen möchte, jedoch aus unserer Sicht nicht ideal.

De utlovade handdukarna som vi hade betalt för fanns ej!!! Förvirrande med numrerade dörrar, oklart om fler utnyttjade gemensamma utrymmen då de andra dörrarna var låsta! Köket ofräscht. Något parkettgolv såg vi inte till.
