Nice apartment near Gran Vía VAL27

This is a well located apartment close to Gran Via and, Chuecha, and in easy reach of the shops and bars of Malasana. It was very convienient to have two supermarkets very close as well tonmake.our own food. We were comfortable during our stay, the air conditioning was an absolute godsend given how warm Madrid was.The apartment was clean and well decorated.

Our arrival and use of app to get into building was difficult, we ended getting stuck between the two front gates as the Internet dipped out and had to be let into the building by other residents coming in. Although the apartment is well equipped some basic things were missing such as bin bags and cereal bowls. The shower screen leaks and there is some long term water damage to the bathroom door which makes it difficult to open and close.

Hermoso departamento. Muy confortable y completo. La ubicación es inmejorable, a dos cuadras de la Gran Via.

Muy lindo departamento, limpio y con todos los servicios funcionando bien, zona centrica y turistica. Cercania con lugares historicos, de compra y supermercado a metros.

Lo que estaria bueno, es resolver la mampara de la ducha que en el piso la goma no sella y fitra el agua por el baño y se nos inundo, lo resolvimos con poner una toalla contra la mampara y el piso.

La ubicación

La ducha perdía agua y era imposible bañarse, tuvimos que hacerlo con apenas un chorrito para evitar tener que sacar el agua del baño. La puerta del baño no cerraba porque el piso estaba hinchado de tanta humedad. Reclamé y me dijeron no entender que sucedía, pero era evidente que el problema era de larga data. Quedaron en enviar a alguien pero nunca lo hicieron. La calefacción no pudimos hacerla funcionar. No había reposición de bolsas de residuos. No había al menos una pastilla para el lavarropas. El apartamento olía a humedad en todo momento. 20 minutos antes del horario de salida tuvimos que retirarnos porque teníamos a la lavandería y limpieza entrando al apartamento.
