The property was very roomy and the garden area was perfect. Located in a lovely quiet area of Rhos and short walk down to a field to walk the dog. The property was well equipped and we had everything we need.

Insufficient storage for clothes in downstairs bedroom - could really do with a chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets with a couple of drawers. (Maybe bring the ones from one of the bedrooms upstairs as they had plenty of storage for clothes?) No spare black bags for the bin, and there's a ridge at the top of the drive that the bottom of my car scraped on everytime I drove onto the drive. Not enough seating in the living room for more than four people - considering it can potentially sleep eight. Kitchen light switch hidden by fridge freezer! Some of the kitched utensils need replacing.

Great house, good layout for extended family trips. Mostly very clean and beds were comfortable.

Dog hair in the bed-we don't have a dog so not ours. Couldn't find the chemicals for the hot tub.
