We liked the space, plenty of room for all of us, the house had everything, off road parking, 2 ensuite bathrooms and the main bathroom were excellent. Quiet road but close to the town centre, short drive to Llandudno. Loved it.
Some of the furniture was little bit old, dining rooms chairs were hard to sit on for any length of time and the living room sofas were low down and hard to get out of, especially for my disabled dad.

Location was brilliant. Property had a really good games/reading room. Lounge and dinning room plentiful especially if 10+ stay.
Property was a little tired and quilts very thin especially with the cold weather at night. Door was open when we arrived. All Showers just trickle.

We liked the location very central and near the sea. The games room was a bonus. There was plenty of space in the property. The property itself had character and was very clean. Lots of bathrooms.

plenty of room for our party, warm, clean, with everything we needed for our stay.
parking was a little restricted for 2 cars. we had a leak from one shower during our stay but this was dealt with promptly by the owners.
