Incredible space in a perfect spot for enjoying the town and its beaches with gorgeous views. Modern and spacious with super comfortable bedrooms and luxurious touches plus a very well set up kitchen.
A little bit more in the way of instructions/guidance on the appliances would have helped.

The outside door on bedroom two was faulty and the wind noise all night prevented sleep.

The property was Beautiful.
Enjoyed the layout inside as it suited our group
There was no information booklet
No views due to building works in front
We booked the property because of the sea views. We were planning to relax and enjoy the views as shown on booking.com.
When we arrived we were really upset that the views were completely obscured by a building in front with a “top hat” scaffolding.
We should have been warned about this.

I brought my parents from Canada to st Ives and they were thoroughly impressed with our stay.
There was nothing really not to like, it would have been helpful to have a welcome pack/letter with some basic information.
