Just great !

The apartment was wonderful, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent; there is a bus stop right in front of the building, making public transportation very convenient. When in Stuttgart, I would definitely stay there again.

Apartment was nicely laid out, very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a short stay.

One small issue was that the floor plan at the entrance was missing, which made finding the correct flat a little tricky at first, although the flat number was clearly marked on the door itself.

Für ein kurztrip vollkommen ausreichend

Die Unterkunft ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend in der Nähe vom Stuttgarter Flughafen. An sich sehr ruhig und ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Wir sind bereits das zweite Mal dort gewesen und können uns über nichts großartig beschweren. Das online Check in und die Schlüssel Aktivierung liefen reibungslos. Das Zimmer hat gefühlt alles was man braucht für ein Wochenende vollkommen ausreichend

Leider war das Badezimmer extrem eng, sowohl Dusche als auch Toilette. Es wäre besser gewesen hätte man statt Glastüren einfach Vorhänge für die Dusche verwendet. In der Küche gab es zwar eine Spülmaschine aber für die 3 Gabeln die man vielleicht übers Wochenende benutzt gab es leider kein Schwamm um diese mit der Hand sauber machen zu können, so haben wir für 3 Gabeln die Spülmaschine laufen lassen :) Man darf nicht vergessen dass die Unterkunft sehr Weit außerhalb der Innenstadt ist, wer ein citytrip machen möchte ist hier also falsch.

Es war voll ausgestattet. Unkompliziert. Gute Checkinapp.

Der Kabelsalat neben Router. Es gab ein paar Spinnenfaden auf den Wenden zu sehen. Die Mikrowelle wurde noch nie geputzt. Jede Veränderung in Buchung kostet gefüllt 10 Euro. Check out um 10:00 - sehr Früh. Wenn du länger bleiben willst - jede Stunde 10 Euro.

Schön zu übernachten

Sehr sauberes Zimmer und ein sehr aufmerksamer, schnell reagierender Vermieter.

Es gibt viel Fluglärm durch startende Flugzeuge. Tagsüber ist das kein Problem, aber ab 6:00 Uhr morgens schon. Daher ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert, aber bringen Sie Ohrstöpsel mit.

Die Apartments befinden sich in einem guten Standtort. Alles ist sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Check-in ist unkompliziert und alles hat super funktioniert.

J'ai apprécié le séjour et j'y retournerai volontiers si je devais retourner à Stuttgart.

L'emplacement était très bien. Bien desservi par les transports publics. Le lieu est très calme et très appréciable. Bien situé pour accéder à des restaurants ou autres pas très loin.

Les canapés-lits dans les appartements 61 & 62 ne sont pas très adaptés pour 2 personnes. Par contre, ceux des appartements 16 & 18 étaient plus adaptés. Dommage qu'à notre arrivée les lits (canapés-lits) n'étaient pas faits.

Csendes, nyugodt helyen van az erdő közelében, ahol nagyokat lehet sétálni. Biztonságos, rendezett környék. A ház is csendes, nincs áthallàs. Remek a nagy tévé, stabil és gyors az internet.

A fürdőszoba szűk, nem kènyelmes, a zuhanykabint bonyolult becsukni. A takarítás nem alapos, ez mindenhol làtható. Az àgy nagyon kényelmes viszont a párna nagyon vacak. Nem volt hajszàrító, az e-mailemre nem kaptam választ, amiben kértem a pótlást.

مكان يحتاج أكثر من يوم ، عائلي آمن قريب من مطار شتوتغارت ، يجب التواصل مع الإدارة عن طريق الواتساب قبل الوصول لأن السكن يعتبر نظام شقق و لا يوجد لوبي او استقبال ، لا يوجد تكييف و لكن المنطقه مرتفعة و باردة في فصل الصيف ، عن نفسي أغلقت الشترات و فنحت النوافذ ليدخل الهواء البارد ، كان الجو بارد و النومه مريحه و المكان آمن

Het was niet schoon. De kastjes en de vloer was niet schoon. Vuilnisbakje was niet geleegd. Lange haren op de muur in de douche.

Günstig in Preis und Lage vor den Toren Stuttgarts

Gute Verbindung nach Stuttgart bis spät am Abend. Mehrere Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Appartement relativ neu und sauber mit guter Ausstattung. Unser Zimmer hatte die Aussicht über die Wiesen und war ruhig. Parkplatz direkt am Haus mit E-Lade Möglichkeit. Sehr netter Hausmeister.

Couch als Bett für die dritte Person war unbequem. Zuwenige Haken im Bad. Wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen liegt das Haus in der Flugschneise. Ab 6 Uhr hört man die Flieger.

Escadas, 3 andares até o apartamento. Taxa de limpeza "escondida" (50 eur extra). Preferi ir para outro lugar, e, mesmo não sendo reembolsado e tendo feito o check in, fui cobrado de taxa de no-show. Pior lugar que já reservei com o Booking.

Super genial war das Design der Wohnung. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz und eine tolle Küche.

Parken war schwierig, sind einfach ins naheliegende Wohngebiet gestanden. LIeferando dauert sehr lange :-P
