We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is excellent—within walking distance to the Centrum and surrounded by convenience stores like Żabka and Carrefour, as well as a Biedronka supermarket. Getting around was incredibly easy, with great public transport links and no trouble getting ride-hailing cars right to the door. The apartment layout worked perfectly for our group of 5. Having three separate rooms, plus a separate toilet and bathroom, gave us plenty of space and privacy. The rainfall shower head was a bit drippy, but it didn't impact our stay. Check-in was completely hassle-free. The microwave is combined with an oven. Some reviews mentioned there's no microwave, but probably the guests didn't figure out how to use it.

The only major drawback isn’t a fault of the apartment itself, but the building's garbage removal. A garbage truck arrives very early in the morning—around 5:00 AM—and makes an incredibly loud racket (clanking, smashing, and screeching) for a prolonged period. The room facing the courtyard is particularly unbearable in the summer when you need the windows open. It’s likely much better in the winter with the windows closed, but for summer stays, pack some earplugs! Also, it wasn't very clean, so we had to vacuum by ouserleves after the check-in. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay at a good price.

Delayed response from the property management. Further, in the advertisement it was confirmed that the apartment has two double bedrooms each with a double bed. In addition, there were two washrooms. However, in reality there was only one double bedroom with a double bed and only one washroom. When contacted the property management about this matter they didn't respond. Moreover, we faced a lot of difficulty making credit card transaction sucessful.
