Decent place, good amenities, great staff. Overall very happy.

Easy access. Good amenities. Enjoyed our stay. Suitable for families. Staff was helpful am excellent. If youre looking for a place this is great one. Price could have been lower but all in all our experience was very positive.

Not the easiest access to the building, but its manageable. Given youre in Paris I reckon thats normal.

One of the best apartments I’ve stayed in.

Beautifully appointed, high quality apartment. Excellent location, close to Boulevard Haussmann, Champs Elysees and Gare St Lazare. Staff very attentive and helpful. Cleaned every day which was a bonus.

Once we got past the trouble getting in, we had a very nice stay.

There are 3 full bathrooms with toilets, showers, and sinks. The beds were very comfortable and large. It is a lovely apartment and has a nice little balcony. There are lots of places to eat nearby as well as a grocery and metro. Also very close to Gare Saint Lazare. There is a combo washer/dryer and plenty of dishes and silverware. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and hand/body soap. There are smart tvs in all 3 bedrooms and the living room.

We had initial trouble getting in the apartment because the lock malfunctioned. It was evening, but the call center answered and tried to help us troubleshoot. She spoke English which was helpful. Finally, a manager remotely unlocked the door for us to get in. It was stressful, but the staff handled it as best as they could. The master bathroom shower leaks water and soaks the bathmat. They have a cleaner come every day, so the bathmat does get replaced. Instructions for the combo washer/dryer would be nice for non french speakers. Also instructions about the master light switch by the front door. The cleaners turned it off one day, and we thought the power was out. A phone call cleared up the confusion.

Cold AC in all rooms. Washer in unit. Perfect location. Spacious!

Having to type 3 codes at 3 doors to gain entrance to unit. This is nothing that owner can control, though. Instructions on how the washer/dryer works would be quite helpful for ignorant Americans (me) ;-)

This is a beautiful option for Paris 2 minutes from the Metro.

Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Loved the housekeeping services and the fresh towels every day. Nice and quiet. Spacious place.

Good apartment but not very clean and check in is terrible

-Nicely decorated apartment -Good location, 1 min from Printemps and train station -Daily towel change and garbage disposal -they have lockers where you can leave your luggage

-Terrible check in experience. We spent more than 1 hour to try and check in. The key to the apartment is hidden in a locker with no handles so you do not know where to look. When we finally found the key, the door was still locked at the top, with a code that they did not provide to us from the beginning. They generated it there on the spot and gave it to us. If we have had a midnight flight, we would have slept in the streets!! - the apartment is mostly dirty and not thoroughly cleaned at all !! - we had daily housekeeping but they only changed towels and threw out the garbage, but did not actually clean the apartment. - no flexibility! check out is at 11 AM which is absurd since normally 12:00 is a decent check out time especially since check in is at 15:00 pm -noisy apartment due to wooden windows, but this is common in all of Paris - the building is under renovations on the inside. So a lot of dust and noise -not enough mirrors in the apartment and the lighting is quite poor

Beautiful apartment and in a lovely location

The location and luxurious feel of the property and attention to detail on scatter cushions and throws etc and the lovely toiletries

Cleaning was not thorough. The toilets were not cleaned properly after daily service. Also wrappers on table etc were not removed after daily cleaning -although this didnt detract from our stay - just something that could be improved other than that everything was perfect

FANTASTIC

It is such a dreamy place to stay in Paris, the decor and technology of the house is top notch, exactly as shown in picture and property is managed very well, responsive at anytime of the day and consistently checks on visitors which is very warm and welcoming!!

Shower knob could be improved abit, slipper to turn, but this is very minimal compared to what the house offers

Exceptional

An exceptional apartment! Such a gem in a fantastic location, with major shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and great transportation at your door step. So glad we were not put off by this having no reviews. The apartment is accessible by a small but modern lift or stairs in such a beautiful historical building. It is exactly (if no better) like the pictures, very light, spacious with high quality furniture, utensils, crockery, and cutlery all brand new. A beautiful but practical kitchen and comfortable beds. The space was great for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers, from the lounge you can watch the world go by on the balcony. Having 2 good size bathrooms both with toilets and luxury toiletries is rare in Paris. This is the first apartment we've stayed in that provided a daily clean, amazing. Thank you to the service team for looking after us and making our stay feel like home.

Exceptionnel! Vraiment rien à redire, tout était parfait! Une adresse à retenir!

L’appartement était très propre, spacieux, confortable, très bien décoré, très bien situé. 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain, chacun y trouve son espace. Une pièce à vivre très agréable, une cuisine très fonctionnelle. Les photos sont très réalistes. Bouteilles d’eau, coca, capsules de café à disposition à notre arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable.

Heerlijk, mooi appartement op een goeie locatie. Aanrader!

Accommodatie heeft een zeer aangename sfeer, is mooi ingericht, is ruim, is schoon, kortom: zeer comfortabel! Contact met de verhuurder verliep prettig. Locatie van het appartement was ook goed. Dichtbij station Saint Lazare. Maar een absolute aanrader is om fietsen te huren en zo Parijs te bekijken.
