La Vue Marine - Appartement vue mer

Amazing to be so close to the beach. About 20mins walk to the nearest shops/boulangerie each morning. Good location for visiting nearby memorials, historic places of importance etc. We would 100% stay here again due to the location and view from the internal balcony. Quiet location, clean beach. Clean apartment. MDs had great pastries - 4 for the price of 3. Nice furniture for the balcony. Welcome pack left which was nice but things in it that couldn't use such as laundry tablet (no washing machine) and dishwasher tablet (same issue).

No curtains so was woken up each morning at sunrise - we stayed on the sofa bed so we didn't have to go to sleep at the same time as the children who had thin blinds but same issue. I think if the owners or concierge stayed, they'd find a few minor issues that are easily remedied with max of £100 spend to improve guests' experiences! Like toilet roll holder off the floor needed, Pillow protectors were absolutely stinking and soiled - we took them off rather than dirty our own linen with others' hair grease. Shower head didn't remain in place making washing hair really hard but could be fixed with a screwdriver, doors to each floor not numbered so you need to count as you go up stairs. No working plug for the sink so you can't wash up (used salad bowl as a washing up bowl). Although car space numbered, no lines on one side so came back one day to someone else half parked in our space. Luckily lots of free parking just up the road. I would still stay again though as these are minor and fixable!

La vue et le calme

La literie, les baies vitrés pas nettoyées et qui coulissent très mal côté rue. Les draps loués d'une qualité discutable pour le prix.
