L emplacement et la loggia. Les literies sont confortables et de qualité.
Manque de fonctionnalité. Pas équipé pour pendre des vêtements, pas d étendage malgré la machine à laver. La propreté n est pas au top. Le branchement câble tv n est pas très sûr.
