Great location, enjoyed the sea views. Beach is stunning. Recommend eating at Hotel on corner, walk past the front expensive one and enjoy the location, evening sun and friendly staff instead.

Not as clean as expected, shame as apartment had everything you could need for a beach holiday but the cleaning let it down.

We booked for the location, the apartment overlooked the beach which gave stunning views The apartment has its own parking space outside the main building door and then its on the 4th floor with a elevator. Large king bed which was very comfortable. Pretty town 10 minute walk or so. Plenty of chairs with the dining table but as mentioned the chairs on the balcony too high to use with the table provided. Wifi good, passcode given with access details. The apartment was fairly basic but had all you needed for an enjoyable stay.

We found communication poor, better once we arrived. They wanted to give details of how to access the apartment on the day of arrival where i prefer at least the day before incase you cannot contact them on arrival. This turned out to be a code for building and then a lock box, all fine. Our bedroom balcony had shutters that were broken and fully closed giving us no air (weather very hot) and no natural light. We did report it but was not going to be repaired until after we left, another review said they had broken shutters a few weeks before we arrived. Also we could not close main room patio doors fully, just as well it was hot weather as it would have been very chilly on a cold day. Be aware the apartment is north facing so the sun does not really get onto the balcony or into the apartment.

L’emplacement et la vie

Durant notre séjour le volet roulant de la chambre etait défectueux nous avons informé la personne qui s’occupe du gîte mais rien n’a été fait.

L'emplacement dans les Marinas au 4ème avec ascenseur. Arrivée et départ autonome, hôte réactif et arrangeant pour le départ. L'appartement était propre et assez bien équipé dans l'ensemble mais...

Impossible d'occulter la chambre à coucher. pas de store et il manque 1 rideau pour couvrir toute la longueur de l'ouverture... donc 2 nuits avec 2 réveils au lever du soleil. Nous venons à Courseulles 2 à 3 fois par an pour nous reposer et nous ressourcer. Mais là, impossible de passer une nuit complète, réveil à 5h50 obligatoire...Je l'ai en travers de la gorge! Autre remarque : Le balcon mériterait d'être un peu arrangé et embelli et la hauteur des chaises n'est pas adaptée à la hauteur de la table, c'est inconfortable. Du coup on profite de la vue sur la mer mais pas trop quand même car ça fait mal au dos...
