House was spacious and comfortable. Nice walk to Fingal Bay beach. Easy drive to different beaches and attractions around Port Stephens. Great family friendly club 2 minutes walk away. Downstairs garage/ games room good for older kids to play.
Garden needs some maintenance. Under the deck is open, would be great to secure this area to avoid access for small children and dogs. Also some small gaps in fencing that made it not fully secure to leave a small dog, so had to leave the dog inside. Not recommended for families with very young children due to the upstairs living and garden- a baby gate would be recommended at the top of the stairs. Also TV was quite old and didn't have the usual apps including netflix and was not secured to the wall.

Our family recently stayed at this wonderful rental in and it was the perfect base for our getaway.
The house easily accommodated our group, offering plenty of private bedroom space and large communal areas where we could all gather without feeling crowded. It is was well-equipped; the kitchen had every utensil and appliance needed for our Christmas celebrations.
