About this house rental
The Location - Just a stroll across the road to Fingal Bay Beach (patrolled September to April) or just 200 metres to the Fingal Bay Surf Club, Oceanview Restaurant, Longboat Cafe, a great kids playground and a cycling and walking path. Only five minutes drive to Shoal Bay and ten minutes to Nelson Bay.
The House - This double storey house is affordable and sleeps up to ten, so you can bring the extended family. Upstairs there is a living area with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD player, a dining area and a kitchen with a microwave, upright stove, dishwasher and full fridge. Three bedrooms are also located upstairs (queen bed, double bed and two single beds) and the main bathroom with shower over bath. There is external access only to downstairs, with the fourth bedroom (three single beds) and the second bathroom. Plus a balcony and gas BBQ, an external laundry with a washer, dryer and a double carport and off street parking (room to park a boat).
There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Location is perfect. easy walk to the beach. and still nice and quite.
This is the perfect location if you want to get away from all technology. As there is no in wifi and no mobile connectively.
So funny when the peeps could not connect to Facebook. Perfect place to end the addiction :)

Great location with all amenities around and cleanliness.
But not recommended for Vodafone network user, it will be SOS.
Recommended the owner or property management to connecting WIFI to this property for more convenience to other renters in the future and please fixing all the damages flyscreens.

Beds are not comfortable. Floor was dirty on arrival. Could not use the yard because of burs.(except to park cars on)
