the location and property were excellent for our stay. The Port Stephens accommodation who handles the property were amazingly efficient and friendly.
The kitchen cupboards needs organisation. The kitchen is small in comparison to the size of the home.

The views were exceptional and the location across from the beach perfect. Sitting on the balcony relaxing and looking at the ocean was very relaxing.
The furniture was very dated, the mattress protectors didn't look like they'd ever been cleaned
and had blood stains on them. The protectors on the pillows and mattresses needed to be replaced.The mattresses were old and not comfortable. The fridge handle was broken and the cleaner just placed the broken part back on the handle. We had to make our beds with the linen provided and considering the cost for the accommodation this should have been included.
