Location was great, it was clean and had the washer and drier and full kitchen.
The bathroom sink drained very slowly and fills up fast.

We liked the location. The cleaning staff we met were kind (the head of cleaning being there when we arrived is probably the only reason we felt ok enough to stay after our arrival experience). The bed was comfortable. The amount of space was nice. Off-street parking was nice. We were able to do a load of laundry.
We were checked into someone else’s room. When I called, I was lied to and told that the previous guest had just forgotten an item but it had been cleaned and that we should enter anyway despite all of my hesitation. We went further in, nothing was clean and their stuff was everywhere. SO UNSAFE! They were clearly still checked in. He continued to make up lies to save face and talked about giving us courtesy by finding us another room. The next room we were offered had such the smell of cleaning solution as though they were tasked with cleaning a crime scene with undiluted cleaning product. Immediately set off allergens. THEN we were offered a room which smelled fine, but had a portable ac unit that was in the window FACING access to everyone making it an easy break-in point. We were finally offered (as courtesy) a 4th room which also smelled like completely undiluted cleaning solution. We accepted it because based on the agreement we signed our life away to AFTER you had our money, we were quite certain we weren’t going to be able to just leave with our money. So, I spent an evening of sleep breathing into one of my own shirts and the window open to the elements so that it could air out. Thankfully it was better by the next day. I didn’t feel particularly safe the entire stay because your guy on the phone was so dismissive of my concern that we had been given the code to someone else’s room. It could have easily happened to us, too. He acted like it was no big deal. Accidents happen, but know how to deal with it!
Despite the need for touch ups on paint, everything worked and was comfortable enough. Basic cable would have been nice as is available in 95% of places we’ve ever stayed.
We were locked out the following day and had to call one of your agents again. From what she could see, we had 2 reservations! One for 4nights and one for 1night. Nope. Clearly not handled from previous evening. Thought we had checked out of that one from a 1night stay. Sigh.
