Great location, quiet, overlooks nice square. Lots of food options nearby. Beds were comfy and the apartment itself was really spacious and clean. Very basic at the moment but I’m sure as more people stay, the property should improve.
It’s obvious it’s quite a new property - missing lots of things (for eg kettle) and we had to specially request blankets (apparently they’re only provided for winter months). No coffee, tea.
Check in process needs to be revised - our checkin was delayed by 1,5 hours as the manager had other properties to attend. Luckily we didn’t have plans and our travel day was very short, so we were ok to wait, but it would’ve been more stressful if our situation was different. Definitely needs to be a better system!

Posizione strategica, quartiere collegato con metro e autobus e pieno di servizi e locali non turistici.
Macchinetta caffè con capsule troppo specifiche, prodotti monouso per l'igiene: non solo non sono sostenibile, erano anche 3 (invece noi eravamo 4) e di piccole dimensioni. Mancanza tende negli spazi comuni. Maniglia del bagno era usurata.
Solo possibilità di pagamento in contanti senza ricevere lo scontrino per check in anticipato, per lasciare i bagagli in struttura

La ubicación cerca del Barrio y el Paseo de Gracia. La cercanía al metro. La Amplitud del apartamento.
La decoración ausente y el amueblado sin ningun tipo de gusto ni interés por hacer acogedor el alojamiento. Ausencia de persianas ni cortinas en mas de un dormitorio. La ausencia de microondas, electrodméstico del que, aún figurando en el perfil de Booking entre los enseres presentes en la casal, no pudimos disponer hasta pasadas más de 24 hrs de la entrada.
Los productos de higiene personal tales como champú o gel que segun el perfil del alojamiento estaban incluidos eran totalmente insuficientes para el número de huéspedes, haciendo muy dificil actividades tan cotidianas como lavarse el pelo, al igual que los utensilios de cocina etc (cafetera de 2 tazas para una casa de 6 plazas...) EN GENERAL LA CASA ESTA BASTANTE MAL EQUIPADA
