Welcome to our stunning condo nestled by Lake Granby and 5 miles from downtown Grand Lake. Experience the true essence of mountain living with high-end furnishings and a peaceful ambiance. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain and lake views from two decks and a back patio. This clean and comfortable retreat accommodates up to five guests and is equipped with all the amenities you'll need for a perfect vacation. Embrace the tranquility and beauty of Grand Lake in our mountain haven.
The home is a three story condo with bedrooms on the third level.
Indulge in the delights of our well-equipped kitchen, boasting an array of kitchen tools, including a standard coffee pot and a Nespresso machine for your brewing pleasure.
We do provide a starter pack of most of the essentials including soaps, towels and paper products, however, we are not currently able to guarantee any coffee or Nespresso pods will be available. There is a City Market grocery store in Granby and a Mountain Market in Grand Lake which should have all the products you might want to buy to suit your coffee needs.
For your utmost convenience, we've installed an electronic lock on the door, and you'll receive a personalized key code, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
Experience the utmost comfort in both bedrooms, each adorned with plush queen beds, promising restful nights amidst the tranquil surroundings.
Kindly take note that the sleeping space for our fifth guest features a convenient fold-out twin ottoman, providing a cozy and practical solution, but it is best suited for children. We also have a small stroller and toys available for use if traveling with children.
Additionally, we do have a pack n play in the home that you are welcome to use if traveling with a little one. You will need to provide bedding for it.
Please note the property does have two external security cameras. One doorbell camera and one camera in the back on the condo facing outward. Both cameras are on at all times and record sound and motion.

We found this townhome to be comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with coffee, spices, plenty of dishes and utensils. Beds were clean and comfortable. The host was very gracious and just a phone call away for anything we may have needed. He was very responsive. Close to the lake, to shopping and bars and restaurants. Great location

My wife and I celebrated her 60th birthday. We enjoyed everything about the place. Very good location, and had plenty of restaurants in the area. Would definitely do it again sometime. Quick note, we did leave some leftovers in the fridge. We meant to grab them this morning but forgot.

This was a great place to stay for close access to RMNP and downtown Grand Lake! The hosts are very responsive and ready to help with anything you need. They even put together a binder with local suggestions and had so many kitchen items compared to other places we have stayed. We saw a deer out back and heard that there have been moose and elk nearby, even though we didn’t see them this time. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything but have a calmer atmosphere than downtown.
