About this house rental
Unforgettable lakefront views. Mountain adventures. Cozy Colorado living.

Perched across from Lake Granby with unobstructed, panoramic views, this beautifully furnished year-round mountain home is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and experience the best of Colorado.
Start your morning with coffee or yoga on the front porch as the mountains reflect across the lake. Bring your paddleboard or kayak and launch from the water just across the street, or head just ¼ mile to the marina to rent a pontoon boat and spend the day exploring Lake Granby.
Out on the water, cast a line in Cutthroat Bay—one of Colorado’s renowned fishing spots, take in the spectacular mountain scenery, or cruise over to one of the lakefront restaurants for a delicious bite with a view.
Back at the house, gather around the fire, unwind, and let the day melt away in the 5-person hot tub beneath a blanket of Colorado stars.
Inside, the home’s open great room is designed to make the most of its incredible surroundings. Walls of windows fill the space with natural light and showcase 180-degree views of Lake Granby and the surrounding mountains. In winter, the scenery becomes even more magical. After a day of skiing or exploring, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the warmth and tranquility of your mountain retreat.

This property has wonderful views and one of the best, most modern kitchens we've ever had in a vacation rental. Lots of amenities, including coffee, tea, spices, and most anything you need for cooking. Also, lots of games, puzzles, and a big screen TV. We really enjoyed using the kayaks. With the drought, the water level on lake Granby adjacent to the property was too low to put them in right there, but there are plenty of places nearby, and of course the other lakes. There was an osprey nest on a pole on the grounds and we enjoyed watching it bring fish to its young. Lots of birds around... song sparrows, mountain bluebirds, etc. We filled a hummingbird feeder and enjoyed them, too. The hot tub was also great and very clean. The host was very easy to communicate with and clearly wants guests to have a great time.

The home was filled with amenities. The fire pit area, Mountain View, hot tub, comfortable beds and great communication made this a wonderful experience.

This place is incredible! The views from the cabin are amazing and unobstructed. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals in the cabin and the rooms and living areas were cozy and comfortable. Alyssa was a great host and even had a couple new pans on site for us after learning our middle child has celiac disease. We have two teenagers and a four year old and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. We all enjoyed many nights by the wood burning stove playing the original Nintendo in the living room! The hot tub was great too. I highly recommend this vacation property. You will not be disappointed. It feels very remote and beautiful but is only 15 minutes from a great grocery store and the Granby Ranch ski resort.
