About this house rental
A Villa to call it yours! All you need in one place. Make memories last a lifetime in our luxurious 6 bedrooms 5.5 bathrooms home (sleeps 12) at Orlando's premier vacation community.
Nice pool. All rooms have a smart TV. Nice full kitchen for those who misses home cooked meals. Close to all the parks (5 min to Disney, 20 min to Universal,15 min to Sea World), shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Pool table and arcade available. Enjoy your private pool after a long day.
The space
You can't get anything better than that in Orlando. This is the most family friendly neighborhood you can find and it is close to all attractions, restaurants and supermarkets to make it even more convenient. The fully equipped Kitchen tied the knot for the perfect getaway you can possibly have.

There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. This house does not feature a SPA, only a pool
***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING***
Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars and a garage to accommodate one/two cars. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street. No street parking allowed. This House does not feature a movie room.
ENCORE AT REUNION: We do not offer access to club house or encore water park with this booking. This is house use only.
** BBQ GRILL
We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost
If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost)
**PET POLICY
PET FEE OF $170 per pet. Only small dogs under 40 pounds allowed.
Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you.
Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.
