We just left today from our 8 day stay. It was a wonderful condo. It had all we needed to cook some meals. It had starter supplies of paper products. Our teenagers enjoyed the condo and pool. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes (slow walk) and was made easier by having a wagon to use. Lots of fun places to walk to like ice cream, Put Put and restaurant. Our family enjoyed our stay!!

Very nice condo, clean, well stocked & we have loved this location for many years before here in Indian Shores. We had an issue with the fridge and the Property Mgr made sure we were situated promptly. Very nice condo, thank you.

Awesome family location. Pool, pickleball and tennis courts on site, great view from the balcony (dolphins almost every day), grill for use, fishing from the dock every day. The appartment is stocked with a brach cart, chairs, kite's and everything you could need for a beach day (only steps away). Would recommend to all.famiies

We really enjoyed our stay in Walter's condo. The pictures and information provided in the listing are completely accurate. Walter was extremely attentive, messaging us about once a week just to make sure that things were going well. He resolved one or two small issues that we had very quickly. The condo easily accommodated our visiting family (2 adults, 2 kids under 6) for two weeks of our stay. The toy box, canvas wagon, pool noodles, etc were very appreciated and the reserved, covered parking spot right near the elevator was very handy.The tennis courts on the property have been partially converted to accommodate pickleball - there are now 2 pickleball courts, two tennis courts and 1 court striped for both. We made good use of the new pickleball equipment that Walter provided.As many have mentioned, the location of the condo in Indian Shores is excellent. We often used the quite well-stocked municipal library (lots of children's books), the two coffee shops, miniature golf and many other small shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The beach (excellent for walking) is just across Gulf Blvd easily accessible via two beach walkways with pedestrian crossings. And then there is the balcony. It faces east (superb sunrises) and provides a fantastic view of the intracoastal. There were lots of boats (and dolphins!) to watch.All in all a great stay ... I have no hesitation at all in recommending this property.
