Resort-like Coastal Condo--3 min walk to beach

What a wonderful way to spend your vacation whether it be quiet relaxation, quality family time, or partaking in some active outdoor activities.

This spacious corner unit faces north and east in the Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis Club. With beautiful views of the intracoastal waters and vegetation from the living room and both bedrooms, you are likely to see land and marine wildlife. Load up the wagon with the umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys and boogie boards that we provide and take a 3 minute walk directly across the street to the beach. There you will have private access to one of Florida's most beautiful beaches.

Living Room- Entering the condo right away you'll notice the spacious open concept living room, kitchen, and dining combination. The living room features a plush sofa with queen mattress pullout, chairs and a flat screen TV with DVR. Take a break from the sun with many board games, puzzles, books and toys for the kids inside.

Kitchen/Dining-The kitchen and dining combination includes a large dining room table with plenty of seating. The large granite countertop provides extra space for additional counter height bar stools at the large island. The condo includes a full selection of cookware, bake ware, and kitchen essentials for guest use.

Master Bedroom: This spacious bedroom offers a king size bed, closet, dresser, TV and a full en suite bathroom with a tub shower. The large window offers natural lighting and a view of the pool and intracoastal waterway.

Second Bedroom: The second bedroom also has a large window with natural lighting and a view of the intracoastal waterways. There is a queen bed and twin bed with a large closet. Guests have easy access to the bathroom in the hall right outside the bedroom door.

Deck: Enjoy Time outside on the spacious private balcony. You will have plenty of seating options that offer some extra space to enjoy the fresh air while drinking your morning coffee, eating a meal, or simply relaxing with a beverage of choice in the calming ocean air after a long day at the beach.

Feel free to enjoy all the included onsite amenities that provide a resort-like feel to your stay: heated pool with adjacent tiki bar, hot tub, his and her sauna, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, boat slips (on request), picnic gazebos, Fishing pier, shuffleboard, and a putting green. (Putter, golf balls, pickle ball, tennis racquets, tennis balls, shuffleboard and pool/beach toys all provided). One of our favorite places to watch the sunrise and sunset is on the 8th floor observation deck. This spacious rooftop sanctuary is also a great place to soak up the sun on a lounge chair and to watch the stars in the night sky. Our unit is the second level with your choice of an elevator or stairs nearby. The onsite laundry facility is located on the 4th floor just above our unit. There is a designated parking spot right up front and many additional guest parking spaces on site (first come basis).

For easy access to nearby entertainment and even more beaches, the Suncoast Beach Trolley takes you anywhere from St. Pete Beach to Downtown Clearwater along Gulf Boulevard with a stop right outside the condo entrance. Many shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance along Gulf Boulevard. Smuggler's Cove Miniature Golf facility is right next door.
