A charming old stone house awaits you, ready for you to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
This little gem is truly something special.
The enchanted garden was co-designed by an artist and invites you to dream and meditate.
Art objects can be found everywhere.
You have a panoramic view of the countryside and the sea.
You can sit there undisturbed under a large parasol, as there are no neighbors.
On the second terrace, there’s a rose arch with a bench and a large iron table with old wooden planks.
From there, you can watch the sun sink into the sea.
The house has been tastefully and lovingly furnished with Moroccan influences.
Next to the comfortable upholstered bed, which is 140 cm wide, stands an Indian wedding chest.
From there, you can step out onto the small balcony with a view of the sea.
The sleeper sofa is also 140 cm wide. The spring-core upholstery ensures a restful night’s sleep.
Two stylish armchairs round out the seating area.
A small guest room has been set up in the former studio. It features a 140-cm brick-built bed and an original antique oven.
The bathroom has been redesigned with a shower pan, a real glass door, a toilet, and a hand-painted Moroccan sink.
An old wooden staircase leads down to the kitchen. The brick stairs are something truly special.
When you open the turquoise wall cabinets, you can see that the house was built on bedrock.
There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, and a 2-burner induction cooktop.
The old farmhouse table is flanked by a kitchen sofa and two upholstered chairs.
From the kitchen, you can access the terrace and the garden.
We have deliberately chosen not to include a TV so that guests can unwind here from the stresses of everyday life.
Free 5G Wi-Fi is available.
The house is not suitable for small children or people with mobility issues, as it has many stone stairs.
As is customary in Greece, and since this is an old farmhouse that is not connected to the sewer system, please note that under no circumstances should paper be flushed down the toilet, as this will immediately clog the pipes.
Upon request, we offer airport transfers for a fee or can arrange car rentals.

George and Bettina, at Tzilios Studios—located on the main road from Acharavi toward Roda on the right-hand side—welcome you with free access to the pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas. Of course, refreshments and delicious food are also available.
