About this villa rental
Villa Ilios is a holiday villa located in Apolysies, Nisaki and on the slopes of Mount Pantokrator, with a private pool (9m x 5 m), amazing sunny terraces and exceptional views over the bay up to the South of the island and the Greek Mainland.
Villa Ilios is set over two levels, and it is spacious for a family or party of six persons, who can be accommodated in 3 airy a/c bedrooms and share two bathrooms.
The property is the sister of the semi-detached villa Kalithea, and they can be rented together for a larger family or party group. It occupies the left-hand side of the building and is independent and private.
Layout
The main entrance opens to the ground floor, which features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, one twin and one double bedroom sharing between a family shower room and front balconies offering stunning views over the bay and the village.
The stone staircase at the end of the living rooms lands on the villa's lower level and to a lovely hall area with a wardrobe and dressing - make-up facilities.
On the left of this area is a second twin bedroom and a bathroom, but the most charming part is the front balcony and its superb sea views.
Pool and Terraces
The enormous sunny terrace is established on the upper level with a beautiful private pool in the middle and sun umbrellas - sun loungers for intensive sunbathing or relaxing in peace. A small pavilion with wooden dining facilities and a built-in BBQ is also ideally placed at the edge of the terrace for anyone wishing to try his cooking skills and then dine al fresco.
The Location
The views offered in this part of the house can only be something to remember forever, and it is one of the reasons that Villa Ilios is an excellent holiday home for anyone seeking a relaxing stay away from it all.

Super villa in Nassiki. The outdoor space is a true gem, pool was a generous size and the sun bed / seating area was ideal for our family with plenty of shade during the hottest hours. Indoors was compact but just what we needed for 4 people. All the bedrooms had aircon. Only slight downside was location - more remote than expected, seems to be mid-way between bigger villages so car is essential. Need to navigate a steep hill to reach the villa where only one car can pass at a time, however it means you get the incredible views and is walkable (about 20mins to walk down and up again, if fit) . There’s a good bakery and supermarket right at the bottom of the hill which is a good incentive for a morning hike. Restaurants also in walking distances - again, if prepared for the walk home! When all said and done, would definitely go back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very good stay in Corfu. We had a very good stay at this clean, well-kept apartment in a beautiful location with truly outstanding views. It’s situated up a very steep, winding hill, but once you’ve driven it a couple of times it becomes easy. I’d definitely recommend having a car for your stay. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable. Air conditioning in the lounge and kitchen would be a great addition, especially in the hotter months. Communication from the host was very good throughout. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
