About this villa rental
Villa Kefalaki is a charming conversion of an old stone house to a holiday villa that nestles on the slopes of Mount Pantokrator in Apolysies, above Nisaki village. It is fully air-conditioned and offers impressive sunrises and sea views over the bay up to the South of the Ionian Sea and the Greek Mainland.
Villa Kefalaki is a quiet and remote stone house, with private pool (5 m X 8 m) overlooking the lovely bay underneath, sunny terraces and only a five minutes drive to the local facilities and nearby beaches. Villa Kefalaki is all set on one level, and it is spacious for a family or party of up to 6 persons. Guests can be accommodated in 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. This charming house, due to its arrangement and to the absence of interior stairs, is fitting for persons having mobility difficulties!
Layout
Access to the villa is via the sunny surrounding terrace, which is reached by steps from the property's parking area.
The entrance opens into a traditional lounge with stone walls and wooden ceiling, a well-equipped kitchen with a window that opens to the front roofed part of the terrace and close to the kitchen a dining area.
The three available bedrooms area all of them oriented towards the pool, are equipped with private french doors, for easy access to the terraces and pool.
There is a Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower fitments and two twins, which share in between a shower / WC room.
Pool - Terraces
The private pool (5 m X 8 m, Depth 0.9 m X 1.75 m)), accessed via Roman Steps, is set at the sea-facing part of the house, looking Southwards, with amazing views of the open sea and the countryside on its right. The spacious surrounding terraces have sun loungers, side shower and umbrellas, and they remain sunny most of the day.
On terraces' far-right end a built BBQ is available, with the necessary dining facilities nearby, for anyone who would wish to try his cooking skills and dine al fresco.
The Location
Fruit trees, geraniums and bright greeneries surround the villa, located in a private olive grove with its own parking space. The village of Nisaki with the bakery, the supermarkets and the other local facilities is less than a km away (down the hilly road).
The tranquillity offered by the location to occupants, in conjunction with the unsurpassed views and sceneries, make Kefalaki the ideal home for a dreamy and memorable holiday away from it all.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The roads leading there are winding with many sharp turns, but once you arrive, there are no regrets – the view is superb and the pool is very pleasant. We found the accommodation very charming and it had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

We had a nice stay, pool amazing, views could be amazing if foliage trimmed back( pool viewing area ) villa could do with a lick of paint and a good clean on patio area especially around bbq and outdoor shower area. All shoes had to be brought in at night as a neighbours dog steals them. Neighbours dog is a pain if you walk past their property at night as dogs will aggressively follow and bark at you all the way down the hill and again on your return. If you were scared of dogs and showed any fear i think theres a pretty good chance someoneone will get bitten. Property wasnt that clean in places, ( smudged big bug on bathroom wall) And light switches very old dirt on them.
Could have done with more dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets as 2 of each isnt enough and for the price of the rental its a bit stingey. Also there was no lighter or matches.
There was no cool box or freezer packs that you could use to take for days out / beach etc..... !!!!!! Local supermarket isnt great either, so needs to be clear on advert how far away a decent sized supermaket is and cost of taxi etc so people can budget accordingly, we spent 90 euros on a taxi to the supermarket and back which is alot of money if you should need to go 2 or 3 times
