This two bedroom, one and a half bath cozy cottage is all yours to enjoy. It abuts another unit, however is private and quiet. The front patio will be a source of many relaxing moments, totally private, and only for your use. This previous family home is the pride and joy of its owners.

very clean, very spacious, kitchen had everything including salt n pepper, twin beds very creaky, needs a lamp some where bright enough to read a book, most light bulbs are soft white, need bright white which takes no more electricity. no porch light for unlocking the front door.

We had a wonderful time just passing through Dallas. Our family really enjoyed the games and being only a 30 min drive to epic waters we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

House could use some TLC updates, nicer linens, a towel rack and better shower supplies. But you can't beat the price, and overall value was good for the size of the property. Quiet neighborhood, not fancy, off the beaten path, 15 min drive to downtown,
