Child friendly! We have a pack-n-play provided at no additional cost, a high chair with a tray, and child friendly utensils as well as plastic plates, cups and bowls.

• Opening the large garage door
• Attic
And that's it! The rest is yours.

Safety First:
• Fire extinguisher in the garage. Mounted on the wall near water heater.
• First aid kit is in the kitchen cabinet above the hood
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

Useful tips:


• If you're traveling with your children there's a pack-and-play in the master closet
• Theres also a high chair in the master closet
• The boards games and cards games are in the master closet as well. PLEASE take care of these items and put them back into their respective packaging after use. Let's try to keep them in great condition for the next guest too enjoy. Thank you for your effort!
• Ironing board and iron are in the master closet.
• Basically just check out the master closet as theres lots of goodies there.
• If you're running low on any type of refillable soap or lotion, there's large jugs that can be used to top off anything that may be needed. They can be found in the laundry on the shelf.
• TV is a little iffy when trying to turn it on but I promise you it works. Once you've gotten it turned on we have Netflix and Peacock active and ready for your enjoyment.

Games and Fun:
• As already mentioned, there's a collection of cards and board games available. They can be found in the master closet. Please carefully (and intentionally) replace all the pieces/cards/parts back after your done playing with them.
• In the garage we have a billiard table with all the accessories needed.
• Darts, installed at professional competition distance and height. Please place the darts back into the cup after use. If you accidentally poke the wall with a dart we won't get mad! Just let us know and every-so-often our staff will patch and touch it up between bookings.
• Karaoke can be connected via blue tooth. Stream your favorite songs on youtube by searching "song title + karaoke version". Most popular songs have a karaoke version that you can sing along to. You can also just use the karaoke machine as a bluetooth speaker if singing into a microphone isn't your thing. Enjoy! (Quiet hour 9pm)

Additional:
There's fresh sheets and pillow cases in the Master closet up on the shelf. You'll also be able to find some towels in the master bathroom and closet.
Use the washer and dryer if you need it. There's some starter detergent available. Go through all the cupboards and cabinets to familiarize yourself with where everything can be found. We hope that you'll find everything well stocked.

CHECK OUT:
Check out is at 11am.
• Take all trash out and load into the garbage bins outside (right side of the home). If the bins are full, you may leave trash bags leaning up against the mailbox at the front of the driveway.
• Load the dishwasher and have it started.
• Throw all pillow cases, bedsheets, and duvets covers into the laundry and start it. Our staff will take it from there.
• Check around and make sure you've packed all your personal belongings.
• If you came with pets, please walk through the yard and collect any droppings that our furry friends may have left. Baggies are provided in the kitchen pantry. Discard directly into the exterior trash bin.
• Lock both the rear and the front doors. To lock the front door press on the top "Schlage" button when exiting and then simply twist the deadbolt until the door is locked.

To ensure the upkeep of our units and maintain a high standard for all guests, we would like to inform you of the additional following policies:

Pet Policy: We are a dog-friendly establishment only. To provide a comfortable experience for all guests, a non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 per dog will apply. This fee is not included in the original booking or room rate and will be manually added to your reservation after booking.
Note: A fine of $300 will be imposed for non-compliance with our dog-only pet policy.

Garbage collection is scheduled for Tuesday and Friday, while recycling is on Tuesday. If your booking overlaps with any of these days, please ensure that the trash bin is placed at the roadside.

No Smoking Policy: We maintain a strict no-smoking policy. A minimum $250 fine will be applied if smoking occurs inside the property.

Late Check-Out: A $50 fine will apply for unapproved late check-outs or early check-ins.

Essential Supplies: We provide starter essentials (such as toiletries and paper products) for your convenience. For guests planning an extended stay, we kindly ask that you supply your own additional essentials as needed.

Quiet time begins at 9pm and ends at 8am out of courtesy to the neighborhood. The game room is not climate controlled however there is a space heater provided.
