About this house rental
With a beach right behind my house. only eight miles from Solomon's Island. This is a great find. You can chill on the deck, cook some barbe on the grill, or take a stroll to the bay behind the house. You'll have all the amenities you need to unwind and enjoy your stay from nicely furnished clean accommodations to the flat screens to close out the day and catch up on your latest shows.There's even a tv on the deck. Just relax and enjoy life. Grocery stores and a cute local winery are about 3 to 5 miles down street as well incase you forget or need something extra. We were in town for a reunion and this was a nice alternative to the local hotels. Updates to the house were nicely done and I love that checkout was simplified to two to three tasks, not a whole laundry list. If I had two suggestions, one would be that the plug-ins were too many and too strong - we considered opening a window for some relief but did not since we were out at the reunion most of the day. But only one per floor would likely be enough although the house is so clean (five stars!) I’m sure it would smell fresh either way. The second is that from the description, it seemed like the beach was nearly right out back but it was down the road and not quite right for swimming or hanging out. That was the main thing we were looking forward to but after driving by it, we decided to skip it. The first night we were there, a county truck came by to spray for mosquitos, which caught us off guard. As a heads-up, the bunk beds are really better suited for kids, so keep that in mind if planning for teens to sleep there. The host thought of almost everything - from beach towels to dish soap and cooking supplies, and we really appreciated that extra bit of hospitality. Overall this was a nice place for our family to stay and was convenient to our reunion.

Worked perfect for our crew as they were out of town for a job, much better than stuffed in a hotel room.
