Central DC Flat Sleeps 3 Convention Center

I really liked the spacious living room area connected to the kitchen, as well as the TV, which was very useful.

The dining space next to the window wasn't great because there were a lot of mosquitoes.

I loved how convenient the location of this flat was & how easily it was to access.

Most mornings I was awoken by loud food steps coming from the home above the flat, but no real issues outside of that.

Top 3 host Ive ever stay! clean, quiet, pretty and comfort house, locate in really pretty and chilling neighborhood, good location to famous buildings and less than 2 mins walk to multiple bus stop. Full kitchen and laundry. Host very friendly and nice!

The AC sometimes doesnt work well

Within walking distance of 2 Metro lines (11 minutes to one, 20 to the other), seems like a nice area. Bed was comfortable, had almost everything needed for the week. Seemed like a great price compared to a hotel. I would likely stay here again.

The noise - as others have mentioned you can hear every single footstep of the people upstairs and occasionally hear (what I assume is) a child playing and dropping stuff. It wasn't a problem most days but I was often woken up 8-8:30 (I'm a late sleeper) by this and could hear them a little past midnight. My last morning was the worst as they were walking around right above the bedroom in what I assume were shoes starting at 7 or 7:30 and lasted for about an hour. Also as someone else mentioned, curtains for both doors would be nice for added privacy.
